What is Vampire Facial & Injections Treatment Therapy?
Vampire facial therapy is a natural treatment involving the use of the patient’s own blood to stimulate healing and tissue regeneration.
During vampire facial & injection therapy, a small sample of the patient’s blood is drawn and processed in a centrifuge machine to produce a concentrated sample of sub-components – plasma, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. The latter are tiny cells in the blood that are responsible for clotting and wound healing. Concentrating them can increase their growth factors, which stimulates the wound–healing process.

How Do Prp Injections Work?
The treatment of PRP involves a fraction of blood, collected or ‘drawn up’ from the individual patient into a syringe. The collected blood is then spun in a special centrifuge to separate its components. The platelet rich plasma is then re-injected, and/or micro-needled back into the skin. Platelets are vital in the process of tissue healing and the growth of new cells. PRP promotes collagen production, regenerates the skin tissue, and essentially re-energizes your cells into rejuvenating themselves. The release of growth factors and other anti-aging hormones, amplifies the healing process. The results – PRP softens fine lines and wrinkles, tightens the skin, and improves skin tone and texture. What to Expect for Your Vampire Facial & Injections Appointment
Consultation: The first step in the vampire facial process is usually a consultation with a medical professional. During this consultation, the medical professional will evaluate your skin, hair, or other target area, and discuss your goals for the treatment. They will also review your medical history to ensure you are a good candidate for the treatment.
Blood draw: Once you have been cleared for treatment, a small amount of your blood will be drawn, usually from your arm. The blood will then be placed in a centrifuge, which spins the blood at high speeds to separate the blood into its basic components.
Platelet activation: After components have been separated, they will be activated using a special solution or by exposure to a low-level laser. This activation process helps to release the growth factors, which will be used during the treatment.
Injection: Once the growth factors have been activated, they will be injected into the target area using a fine needle cannula, or microneedling. These shots are usually quick and relatively painless, but you may feel some mild discomfort or pressure at the injection site.
Post-treatment care: After the injection, the medical professional may recommend that you avoid strenuous physical activity for a day or two. They may also provide instructions on how to care for the injection site. You may experience some mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site, but these side effects should resolve within a few days.
Follow-up appointments: Depending on the type of vampire facial you receive, you may need to return for follow-up appointments to achieve optimal results. Typically a sequence of 3 or more vampire facials is recommended. The medical professional will discuss your treatment plan and follow-up schedule with you during your initial consultation.
